- Advantages: Unmatched maneuverability in tight quarters, around trees, and during loader cycles (scooping dirt, backing up, dumping).

- Operation: A left-hand lever mounted on the steering column ("the turn-signal position") directs hydraulic pressure to wet forward or reverse clutch packs. You can change direction from forward to reverse at full working speed without ever touching the foot clutch pedal!
- Durability: Because wet clutches run in a continuously filtered oil bath, clutch wear is nearly non-existent compared to dry mechanical foot clutches that wear down during loader maneuvering.
